Scheduling an Appointment
🔹Select the date and time from the calendar. All times displayed are available appointments.
🔹Follow the instructions provided. If this is your first time using this system, you will need to enter your full name, email address and phone number (information protected under PHIPA).
🔹If you would like a two hour appointment, you are able to schedule back-to-back times by booking them as two separate appointments.
🔹 You will receive a confirmation email 3 days prior to the appointment and a confirmation text message 1 day prior to the appointment.
Cancelling an Appointment
🔹 Select "no" through the email or text that is sent to confirm the scheduled time slot.
🔹 Send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the date and time of the appointment you wish to cancel.
🔹 You are able to immediately schedule an alternate appointment time, providing an email is sent to request the cancellation of the original appointment.
🔹Payment will be collected during the scheduled appointment time. Credit cards will be swiped in the office but Debit is not available at this time. For further information, please refer to the Fees page.
🔹 The sessions are $160 per hour, unless an alternate fee has been previously arranged.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEW CLIENTS
🔹If you are scheduling an appointment for a child or teen, the first appointment for the parents (or one parent) only, without the child present. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
🔹Prior to the first appointment, it is important to confirm with your insurance company the following information:
▪️ Does your plan cover a Registered Psychologist and/or Psychotherapist?
▪️What is the total amount paid by insurance, for each person on your plan?
▪️What percentage of the session fee is covered?
▪️Do you require a doctor's referral for reimbursement of fees paid?
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all insurance requirements are followed, in order to claim reimbursement for appointment fees charged.
